The Öhlins FKS 527 is a NIX 30 cartridge kit that goes inside the stock front fork of 2023-2025 Harley-Davidson CVO Road Glide and Street Glide models. In the NIX design compression damping works in the left leg and rebound damping in the right, and both adjust at the top of the fork together with spring preload. The kit has 30 mm pistons.
The kit comes with three sets of springs (12.0, 13.0 and 14.0 N/mm), so the front end can be matched to the rider. Öhlins lists a fork length of 685 mm and 115 mm of stroke. Öhlins recommends its 01309 fork fluid. Öhlins part number FKS 527.
Fits Harley-Davidson Road Glide CVO and Street Glide CVO 2023-2025.
