The Öhlins FKS 226 is a NIX 22 cartridge kit that goes inside the stock front fork of 2014-2016 Harley-Davidson Touring models. In the NIX design compression damping works in the left leg and rebound damping in the right, and both adjust at the top of the fork together with spring preload. The kit has 22 mm pistons.
The kit comes with two sets of springs (12.0 and 13.0 N/mm) and a lowering kit, so the front end can be matched to the rider. Öhlins lists a fork length of 736 mm and 116 mm of stroke. Öhlins recommends its 01309 fork fluid. Öhlins part number FKS 226.
Fits Harley-Davidson Electra Glide, Road Glide, Street Glide, Ultra Classic and Ultra Limited / Classic 2014-2016.
