Wings Custom was founded in 2011 by engineer Cicero Chaves in Blumenau, Brazil, and builds its parts in its own production facility. Parts are made to order, and the product pages give the production time.
Rhino handlebars use 2-inch tubing with a 3 mm wall, and Brutale bars use 1-1/2 inch tubing with a 2.65 mm wall. Both are TIG welded, pre-drilled for internal wiring and made to your riser clamp size and the rise you pick. Most come in hand-polished stainless steel or gloss or matte black. King sissy bars come off without tools and have a water-resistant synthetic leather pad over high-density foam, and the Touring versions use the factory four-point docking hardware. Most crash bars use the same Rhino and Brutale tubes. Note your throttle type, clutch type and riser clamp size before you order.
Kit versions add brake and clutch cables cut to your bar, many add extension wiring, and most can route the cables inside the bar. Compare bars from other makers in handlebars and grips, and crash bars lists every engine guard we carry. Sissy bars are filed under fenders and bodywork.
