Öhlins is a Swedish suspension maker, founded in 1976 by Kenth Öhlin. For Harley-Davidson twin-shock models it builds the STX 36 at three levels, STX Classic, STX Performance and STX Pro. The Pro shocks have an external reservoir with a rebound adjuster above the end eye and a compression adjuster on the reservoir.
For the Touring and the Dyna we carry pairs of STX 36 shocks with yellow springs or in all-black Blackline, from 11.7 to 13.4 inches long, and S2 versions with stiffer springs for heavier loads. The Softail 2018-up takes a single STX 46 shock. NIX 22, NIX 30 and FKC cartridge kits go inside the stock fork, and the FGRT Road & Track fork replaces the front fork of the 2023-up CVO Road Glide and Street Glide.
