2024 HARLEY-DAVIDSON "TROUBLESHOOTER"

Rick’s Motorcycles took the stock Harley-Davidson Fat Boy and transformed it into a high-performance custom bike using the Screamin’ Eagle Stage 4 kit, the most powerful upgrade available for Milwaukee-Eight engines.

From the factory the Fat Boy makes 114 ci and about 90 hp, but with the Stage 4 kit the engine gets significantly more muscle. The kit replaces many components with high-flow, CNC-machined parts (bigger valves, high-lift cam, higher compression pistons, larger throttle, etc.) resulting in substantially more torque and horsepower at the rear wheel.

Rick’s also enhances the bike’s performance with an electronically adjustable KessTech exhaust and a custom high-flow air filter. Everything is tuned precisely on their dyno to optimize performance.

Beyond the engine, the Fat Boy gets a 300 mm rear tire, special swingarm, custom wheels, and detailed body-work including an elongated tank and Rick’s own components for grips, levers, and accessories. All of this combines to create a striking custom cruiser that stands out in looks and performance.
